How do you do your make up look look natural and flirty at the same time?

I need help with make up idea. I have lots of browns and natural looking colors, but I don't really know how to use them. How do you do your make up look look natural and flirty at the same time?
I'm assuming you mean eye shadows so I'll give you some tips applying this. I usually use 3 or more colours on my eyes -browns and natural looking colours are my fave as well.

Step 1 - always powder the eyelids before you apply eye colour, this will make blending much easier. Apply a lighter colour (i usually use white or pale pink) over the entire eyelid to the brow (this colour should be evident on the inside closest to your nose after you blend - a lighter colour here will make your eyes stand out.)

Step 2 - choose a medium colour and apply to the socket area (up to the ';crease';)

Step 3 - choose a darker colour and apply to the outside corner of your eyelid in an inveted ';v'; shape. Blend all three colours together a light colour maybe added under the brow to further highlight - always blend in towards the nose and up towards the brow not pressing too hard on the eye.If you apply too much eye colour, blend the excess away with an eyeshadow brush, blender brush, make up sponge or powder puff, don't try to aorrect with make up remover as you will have to start again!

Then add eye definer - a pencil will give a more natural look, a liquid eyeliner - a stronger more defined. If you are not comfortable using the liquid one - a pencil is a better option, it can be smudged to create a softer look or if you make a mistake. Generally the darker the colour of eyeliner, the more stronger the look will be. Eye definer should be applied a close to the lashes as possible - top and bottom - starting at the inside corner and working outward. Use short light handed strokes. Don't try to draw one straight line as this will look unnatural. A lining on the inner rim of the lower lid with a white eye definer will brighten your eyes. Remove any excess eye definer by running the edge of a clean powder puff along the line or by using a line softener. Then choose a mascara colour and apply by sweeping the wand from the roots to the tops of the lashes - top and bottom.

Good brushes always help. The Body Shop's make up tools are fantastic.

don't use thick heavy foundation. use a touch of blush. pink/nude lipgloss. play up your eyes with a couple of coats of mascara, peach over entire lid, shade in the crease and the outer half of the lower lid with a darker brown and blend it with a brush. apply a thin line of liner from the middle of each lid out to the edge. make sure your teeth are bright and white. your eyes and mouth are most important in flirting.
Lavender, lilac, or violet eyeliners, soft black mascaras,( don`t forget the waterproof eye make up remover, large cotton balls or large eyelid pads), natural, berry, wine, and red lip liners, natural, burgundy, or red lipsticks.
try a light shimmer all over (lid up to brow bone), and then contour the crease with a medium to dark brown, depending on day/night and how dramatic you want to look. add a little smudged brown eyeliner, and 2-3 coats of mascara on top and bottom lashes. add some medium pink blush on the apples of your cheeks and finish with some gloss.

i use MAC dazzlelights all over the eye, naked lunch on the lid, and woodwinked in the crease; bobbi brown chocolate shimmer ink as liner, and maybelline great lash mascara in blackest black. then MAC blush in flirt %26amp; tease or plum foolery or NARS orgasm, then for the lips try NARS orgasm gloss or ULTA mischief.
