How do you blend make up and make it look natural without spending too much money?

I use Foundation, powder, blush, eyeliner, mascaraHow do you blend make up and make it look natural without spending too much money?
First of all moisturise. With your liquid foundation, use a sponge. start from one side of your face and work your way around. Pat your foundation on, this will give you an even surface as it fills in the tiny holes in your skin. Let dry, then lightly apply your powder. If you put too much on, it will look thick. I normally use my powder only, for blending under my neck. A wisp of blush from the apples of your cheeks upward toward the outside corners of eyes should blend naturally on your finished make up. A pin point line across the top lid for eyeliner ( sometimes just a touch in the corners is nice, especially if using a coloured liner) a just on the inside of skin on lower part of eye (again, corners can be just as impressionable)

Always nice to have a touch of colour, even if natural on your lips, unless you want gothic..Even if you outline your lips and then smudge the liner over them..How do you blend make up and make it look natural without spending too much money?
