Aveda. They are also a very socially and environmentally responsible company. Origins too, but not to the same extent as Aveda or Burts Bees. Also, if you go to a natural grocer like Whole Foods (or whatever is in your area), their make up products are usually natural/organic and come from great companies as well. None I mentioned test on animals either. Another one I use frequently for skin/hair/body care: Lush. I really like bare minerals make up and arbonne skin care. I've had great luck with both!
For makeup theres bare minerals, or isadora minerals. Very natural and good to use on your skin. Works really good too.

ELF...(stands for eyes, lips, face) has a bunch of stuff. Most of their make-up is 1 dollar- and works pretty well. They have come out with mineral make-up, that are more expensive, but have great reviews. hope that helps!

the bare minerals, sheer cover, etc can tend to be expensive...but it does work great...Physicians Formula is sold at wal mart and is supposed to be good for your skin
