you could try a matte foundation but makesure you apply it with a fondation brush otherwise it won't have the matte finish and it won't stay on long then set it with some powder match it to your shade and then some blush

You could try L'oreal True Match foundation which adjusts to the colour of your skin. Or try a tinted moisturiser as it won't look as obvious that you are wearing make up. Then a bit of mascara and maybe vaseline on your lips if they are strict about not wearing make up.
