try chocolate brown eyeliner,


black mascara,


gold shimmer on the lid of your eye,


and on the crease chocolate brown. (it adds depth, and gives you that pop)


i do the same thing and i have blonde hair and blue eyes.

Try this. If you want you can add a little gold. I have blue eyes and they almost pop out of my skull with gold eyeshadow.
