My sister only wants to wear eye-liner, mascara, and some lip gloss.

well, when u wear make-up it technically dosnt look natural, but u can apply soft colours and only one coat, im like your sister, i like it looking clean, so wear a nice brown shadow but but only enough on that it looks like eyeliner than but one coat of mascara on, and if u want add a little bit of a clearish pink gloss. A foundation that matches your skin is key... Make sure to blend it out...





A light, more matte blush also makes the skin look more heathy...





Brown eye liner looks more natural then black...


If you wear it on your upper lash line, smudging it out makes it more natural also...
dont wear blues or greens wear pinks and/or browns but not alot If she is trying to go natural wear a light lip gloss light pink or clear and little to no eyeliner and wear the mascara as you normally would
wear neutrals if you decide to wear eye shadow


and make your eye-liner and mascara browns


then your lip gloss a color like a soft rose
