How do you put on make-up that looks natural?

I always was very anti-makeup but i think i may need a little, so how do you put it on?How do you put on make-up that looks natural?
The way i put it on lightly would be something like True Match foundation I but it over my blemishes cause it blends right in then i put a differnt kind of foundation on under my eyes something just a little darker cause the under of your eyes are always darker then your regular skin color and then i put on a little mascara sometimes i use brown it makes a big difference cause i have green eyes and i ushally dont do anything heavy like alot of Eye liner or eye shadow then i am finished

Hoped that helped :}How do you put on make-up that looks natural?
Test foundation on your jawline. If you can't see it then it matches your skin tone.
stick to earth tone colors, a sheer wash of neutral eyeshadow on the lids looks natural, a hint of peach blush %26amp; beige/mocha gloss will finish the look.. if you're the anti-make up type.. stick to minimum. skip the foundation, use a tinted moisturizer instead, a cream blush in soft pink on your cheeks %26amp; cherry lipbalm on lips will do the trick.
get tru-blend foundation or something that matches your skin tone for foundation. For lips, and eyes, find something that matches your eye color. They've got applicators that are cheap but work great. Blush usually is the color of your cheeks after you've been running, or you don't have to wear blush. Eye liner and lip liner match your eyes or lips but not necesary to wear if yoou don't feel like it.
to make it llook natural do natural colors and dont over do it
Try Covergirl foundation, it's light and natural looking plus it's cheap, then try using a little powder over your foundation to set your makeup so it won't fade, add a little eye shawdow if you want... add a little blush, find your right color, if u have light skin don't get dark blush, make sure it's light, if you have darkers skin make sure it's a little darker, then add a little gloss, something very light, maybe light pink or just clear gloss, hope that helps you.
